First time with 7m, even rode a few small swells. Wing seems to like pulled in to build speed and if needed 1-2 pumps. Couldn't get fast pumps to work, a few slow ones might build speed. Impressed by low- end (8 knots?). Mid sized foil worked well as wing built speed.
